Weekly Lesson
Performance Workshops
A weekly, 60-minute lesson is included in the tuition for all Conservatory Prep students. These lessons will occur during the week, at the availability of both the student and instructor.
Structured like a master class, Conservatory Prep students will have the opportunity every other month to coach through a performance-ready piece in front of their peers. This offers students valuable performing experience, while simultaneously learning from their peers' experience.
Studio Class
Audition Coaching
Scheduled two Saturdays each month during the studio calendar year, our studio classes offer an opportunity to sing through a piece in any stage of the learning process. The student learns to work through performance anxiety and becoming accustomed to giving and receiving constructive feedback to and from their peers in a safe environment.
Scheduled on an as-needed basis, private audition coaching is included in the tuition for Conservatory Prep students. Offered both in person and virtually to help students prepare for college auditions, these sessions will address potential pitfalls, application materials, and repertoire suggestions.
Recitals
Offered twice yearly, students will have the opportunity to perform for their family and friends. Performing in front of a large audience establishes confidence and poise under stress.
